We need national healthcare.
No healthcare system is perfect. [It's not] that the French or the Japanese or the Swedes have discovered healthcare nirvana, only that, overall, their systems produce outcomes as good or better than ours at a lower cost.
Our system is bad and could be much better and cheaper if we replaced it with something sensible like other nations have.
