		<description>Yeah - I was trying to figure out through furtive glances whether any of the people she was dining with were other council members, but I quickly realized that even if I could stare at them for a long time, I still wouldn&#039;t recognize anyone else.  Except &lt;i&gt;maybe&lt;/i&gt; Dan Garodnick.

I thought about trying to say hi to her and include something neighborhoodish and green-positive, but it just didn&#039;t seem appropriate.  I wouldn&#039;t want to interrupt what, for all I knew, might have even been a private, family meal.
