		<description>I think most modern industrialized cultures practice serial monogomy, in the form of marriage and divorce cycles.  It&#039;s just frowned upon for some reason.  And there&#039;s no areligious informal sort of event to mark the joining of two people - just weddings and receptions.  And then divorce proceedings.  People might last longer together if we didn&#039;t put so much weight on the idea that they&#039;re supposed to last forever in bliss.

Next time I get married I&#039;m just going to have the reception part of the equation.  At a pub.</description>
