Damek is a dubious nickname I adopted years ago. I live in New York City, and this is my personal blog. I may be working on starting another one, or I may not. Here I’ll mainly write about personal projects, activities, and plans.
I work in technology (assistance and training). I’m interested in anthropology (culture, “human nature,” evolution, society), global and local social change, urban and regional sustainability, and other things. I believe life should mean endless possibilities, connoisseurship of life’s subtle variations, and some appreciation of alterity.
