Generally in their own words. I liked Darwin&#8217;s best, particularly the part about extended social interaction exhausting him. I am sometimes energized by it, but often exhausted as well. And, I just liked the sound of his schedule in general. But the others all had appealing or enlightening aspects, too.</p>
